Beautiful apartment, 80 mq located in Via generale Roberto Bencivenga 32b close to Piazza Sempione, located near many bus or metro lines that will take you to the city center, in about 15 minutes. The accommodation have two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom and an independent kitchen. With a total of 5 beds, our apartment is optimal for both a couple and a whole family. It has a complete kitchen, shower, television, wi-fi, heating, hot water and safe.

Connections and public transports

The city center is reaceable in 15 minutes buy bus number 60, the nearest metro station is at 10 minutes on foot, termini station is connected direclty by bus number 90 which ends there, tiburtina station is connected by bus number 211 wich ends there, and fumicino aiport is connected by train line fara Sabina-fiumicino wich stop at station nomentana, 5 minute far from here walking . serena will be happy to show you the best solution for your trip.

Around the house

This quarter have many green areas , and a river the Aniene, Many restaurants, pubs, bistot and bar, so you can change place each day for your dinner or your aperitive time in the beautiful areas called città giardino, where walking is really charmant. An old roman bridge connect the house to this part of the quarter. the bridge was built by the ancient Romans and later was embellished by the medieval part.
during your trip for the city center along via nomentana you can visit santa agnese cathedral, its catacombs, plus mausoleo of santa costanza. villa torlonia located in via nomentana 70, a big area builted during XIX secolo with beautiful villas inside end then continuing your trip for the center you need just to have time for visiting everything.

“Serena’s apartment was beautifully presented, clean and incredibly spacious as the pictures suggest. Serena was a wonderful host who was open, honest and prompt in her communication. While the apartment isn’t in the city centre, public transport makes it very convenient without having to brave the city traffic if driving. She willingly organised parking and was very accommodating with bedding options for our family of five.”

“When we arrived Serena was waiting for us, outside the apartment. She welcomed us in the apartment and showed everything. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and very clean, cozy and complete. There are more utensils than described on the site, for example a hairdryer and an iron. The location of the apartment is fine, you can choose different busses to go to the city within 15 minutes, but within 5 minutes you’re in the local supermarket and there are some very nice pizza slices just around the corner. The best restaurant of Rome (we believe) is Ponte Vecchio, just 10 minutes walking. Serena recommended this restaurant, just like she helped us with everything. She is a very sweet, helpful, sympathetic hosts. You can call or text her with any question you can think of, and she will give you the answer and help you with everything. Her English is just perfect! Serena is the best host you can think of!”
